📦 Track Your Online Order

 

Option 1: Log into Your Account

1. Click the account/login icon in the top corner of the store
2. Enter your email address
3. Input the sign-in code sent to your email
4. Once logged in, select your order to view status and tracking details

Option 2: Track Without an Account

1. Open the order status link from your confirmation email or SMS
2. If your session has expired, you’ll see a prompt:
   “Log in to view all order details”
3. Click Log in
4. Enter:
• Your order number (from your confirmation email/SMS)
• The email or phone number used at checkout
5. View your full order details and tracking information
