Shipping Policy
Important Notice
Delivery times are determined solely by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) and cannot be guaranteed by American Photonics.
While expedited shipping options such as 2–3 Day Shipping may be available at checkout, these services refer to the carrier's estimated transit times. We guarantee prompt order processing and shipment, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery performance or transit times.
In-Stock Items
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST/EDT on a business day (Monday–Friday) will typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST/EDT may ship on the next business day.
Business Hours
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST/EDT
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs paid at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding potential fees before placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.
